1. I need to receive the information that will be included in our project.
2. Please send me all of your branded materials, including your logo, fonts, colors, etc.
3. Provide me with your website or social media accounts so that I can understand the mood of your brand.
4. Share examples of what you like.
If you already have design files that require just updates, you can send them to me as well. However, please note that any changes to text or photos should be sent separately.
Now, for more details:
1. & 2. You can send me information in two ways:
A. Send text files and pictures separately (in their original quality). It would be helpful if you could indicate which pictures correspond to which parts of the text. For instance, you can name the image files accordingly or insert multiple pictures directly into the text file.
B. I can use the information from your website. Just prepare a list of links to the products or informational pages in the correct order and send them to me directly in the chat or in a text file (whichever is more convenient for you). Sometimes the pictures on the website are low quality to speed up loading. If possible, please send those pictures separately in their original quality.
You can use any file-sharing service, such as google drive or wetransfer, to upload pictures and brand materials.
3. You can send your website and other materials directly to the chat.
4. As for the examples of what you like, it could be an entire brochure, catalog, or just a picture from Pinterest. It’s essential for me to understand your vision to meet your preferences fully. Of course, I’ll also try to provide suggestions during the design process
Certainly! This is an important step before starting any work. Generally, the cost of the project is influenced by the number of pages and the complexity of the design. Once I’ve gathered information about your project and have a general understanding of your requirements, I can provide you with an estimate of the actual cost and delivery time.
At the end of the project, you will receive all the necessary files, including:
– The ready-for-printing file (PDF)
– The file for web viewing (PDF)
– The source file (INDD), which you can easily edit using Adobe InDesign.
Additionally, upon request, I can provide you with basic video instructions on how to use Adobe InDesign and export files for printing or web viewing.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or require additional files. I’m always happy to assist you in any way I can.
There may be several reasons for that:
1. There is insufficient information, such as text or pictures;
2. The task isn’t completely clear (apart from incomplete information, the buyer cannot explain what he needs);
3. Terrible pictures, we are talking about frankly bad and low-quality images, which will make it impossible to make a good design;
4. The project timeline is too tight;
5. I am already fully booked with other projects.
In such cases, I can add your project to my queue. To do this, we will need to agree on a date and you should reserve funds accordingly. If no agreement is reached, please do not expect me to be available to work on your project.
You can check out my works on my website
No problem, we can work together to make it great. I value teamwork and with your recommendations, I can improve the design to better meet your needs. Your feedback is important to me, and I will do my best to create a design that satisfies your vision.
Don’t worry about it. Your satisfaction is extremely important to me, so if it’s a minor change, I will make it for you quickly and free of charge. However, if the changes are significant or if there are a large number of edits, I will inform you and there will be a small surcharge depending on the nature of the edits.
